So quick and easy, packed such fun flavors and textures!! A keeper for sure! Did make a couple of changes, didn't have preserves so subbed a couple of cups of Dole snack-size diced peaches(juice too) and no chili paste, but about a half a tablespoon of Sriracha chili sauce brought the heat and its unique flavor to this dish.

Sour Cream Noodle Bake

Wonderful, hearty casserole recipe the whole family LOVED!! Eliminated the garlic salt and added clove garlic, also used white onion instead of green, but used a little green for topping. Very yummy!

Balsamic Marinated Chicken Breasts

Marinade overnight if possible, but at least a couple of hours. Didn't change a thing, most tasty indeed!!

Aimee's Quick Chicken

Fantabulous! Easy, tasty... oh yea, quick, too. Ended up altering it a bit, I had no teriyaki so subbed soy sauce with a dash of balsamic, and used grated parmesan, romano, asagio mix for cheese topping. yUMm!
