Papa Drexler's Bavarian Pretzels
I'm not sure what I did wrong - but these didn't turn out well. Both batches got stuck to greased cooking sheets. And things were incredibly weird during the water/baking soda stage as well.

Irish Soda Bread V
Great recipe. Its my first time making Irish Soda bread for my Irish bf. Added a few cloves of minced garlic and fresh thyme or the garden. Everything else is the same. Yummy yummy.
