Quick, Painless, Tasty! A few things I noticed when cooking. -Make sure you thoroughly cook the rice with enough water. My rice came out under-cooked and its texture was too prominent in the patties. -Thinner is better. A 1/2 inch is a lot thinner than you think. Think pancake- not hamburger. Enjoy!
