I'm not a big fan of Oreos, one is usually enough for me, so I didn't expect much when my daughter made these. Wow, was I shocked! Mixing the oreos with the cream cheese cuts down on the over sweetness and makes them delicious.

5 stars for giving me the best cooking method to make at home the ribs we used to have to go out for. Baking these in foil as directed gives me fall of the bone ribs every time. I don't marinade in sauce, I rub with KC Rib Doctor and most of the time bake right away. I use Sweet Baby Ray's sauce at the end, unwrap ribs, brush it on and put the ribs under the broiler just long enough to caramelize some of the sugar in the sauce. Like I said Perfection every time.

Just the quick but comforting recipe I was looking for. The entire family, even the yougest who doesn't like gravy, said this one is a keeper. 4 Stars because I tweaked it a little. Sauted onions while browning the chops, added 2 T worchestshire sauce to the soup mixture and used all milk.
