Baby Back Ribs
5 stars for giving me the best cooking method to make at home the ribs we used to have to go out for. Baking these in foil as directed gives me fall of the bone ribs every time. I don't marinade in sauce, I rub with KC Rib Doctor and most of the time bake right away. I use Sweet Baby Ray's sauce at the end, unwrap ribs, brush it on and put the ribs under the broiler just long enough to caramelize some of the sugar in the sauce. Like I said Perfection every time.
