Double Chocolate Frozen Fudge Pops

These are really good. Make sure to use the whole milk called for in the recipe, skim milk makes them too icy. I love that these are gelatin-free. Thanks, Ying.

Bountiful Garden Zucchini Enchiladas

I made these as-is. They were so good all three of my kids ate them! That takes a special recipe. The sauce for these would even be good on nachos.

Basic Microwave Risotto

Love it. So easy. I took the other reviewers advice and added a little more cheese and some heavy cream. Works well with whatever veggies you have on hand.

Chili Rellenos Casserole

Yuck. The texture of this was really funky. Diced chilies might be better than whole? I followed the recipe exactly, maybe should have used some of the modifications in the other reviews.
