Caramel Macchiato Cheesecake
Great flavor! I discovered a way to avoid seepage from the water bath. I used a crock pot liner bag around my cheesecake pan. I had already used foil but the narrower type, so it had a seam and I wanted it watertight. So I tucked the top of the bag over the foil to keep it secure. I think it took a bit longer to cook because of it.
