Tortellini Bacon Broccoli Salad

I thought it was delicious! I made it for a church picnic and there was only one serving left which I had the following night for dinner (even better!). I did make it the night before the picnic so that the flavors could set in. And I used the whole bottle of dressing...I didn't measure the veggies out and used the full 20oz pkg of tortellini. I gave it 4 stars because although it was good, there is room for improvemnet. Thanks for sharing :)

Zucchini Patties

YUM! I didn't have an onion on hand so I added some minced garlic and onion powder. And in place of the Mozzarella cheese I used Colby Jack becase that's what I had. After reading some reviews, I drained some of the excess water out of the grated zucchihi and added some Italian Bread Crumbs for extra flavor & crisp. You can really play with this recipe! My husband is a very picky eater and turned his nose up at the steamed zucchini I made the other night, but he enjoyed these :) Will make again & again!
