Chocolate Cheesecake V
This was my first ever Chocolate Cheesecake, so I was convinced that nothing could top it. Since then I have eaten quite a few difference chocolate cheesecakes and been able to see a few problems with this first one. All in all, it is a great basic recipe for someone who is trying out a chocolate cheesecake for the first time because there is still some plain cheesecake left over of one doesn't like the chocolate. I probably could have gone without the chocolate coating, but I used it and had to use milk to make it easier to spread.

White Chocolate, Chocolate Cookies
This was a very delicious, decadent, sugary, and of course chocolatey treat, well-liked by everyone who tried it. I still prefer regular chocolate chip cookies, but with white chocolate chips hanging around the house, this a good recipe to have on hand. I have a few complaints, however, the dough was IMPOSSIBLE to stir by hand and even the mixers had some trouble with the thickness. In addition, if I make this again, I will defnitely head the advice of others and cut down on sugar.

Chocolate Cheesecake I
It was a hit of course! Everyone loves cheesecake, chocolate, and graham crackers, so how could it not be? However, I live in France and Cream Cheese does not exist, so I had to make due with some other things. I do not think it would have affected the taste one bit, since I did essentially make cream cheese with just an additional step. But there was something missing. I topped it with cherries, which also went over well, but I still felt it needed something more. I think I just wish it was thicker. All in all, a great cheesecake and fairly simple
