Baked Kale Chips
Surprisingly good! Only change was that I added my own seasonings (garlic salt, onion salt, parmesean) and on the 2nd batch, I only used olive oil spary, no oil. Have to keep an eye on timing, I stuck with 10 min. These little treats melt in your mouth. Best if eaten within a couple of hours after baking, otherwise they either get soggy (too much oil) or stale.
