Caramel Apple Pork Chops
I just made this and it was wonderful. The pork chops were so juicy and the sauce very flavorful. Every bit of it is gone. Followed a lot of comments that i read- Marinated with soy sauce and apple cider 2:1 ratio and added a little oil and apple cider vinegar to marinade. This makes the chops soooo moist. I salted the chops then pan seared them, covered them with sauce, and baked them in 13x9 pan on 350 covered 25 min. and uncovered 15min.to caramelize sauce on top. I made 4 times the sauce that the receipe called for. I sauteed an onion into the butter at the beginning of making the sauce. Then added the spices, sugar, and apples to the mixture, cooked it for 15 min beofre covering the chops with it. Everyone is still licking their fingers. I served this with mashed potatos and acorn squash. The squah really complimented this dish.

Cornbread Dressing I
This is the best dressing recipe ever. I have always loved my grandmas cornbread dressing but now that I have had this I can't even think about it. The mixture of biscuits and and cornbread make the perfect texture. I don't change anything ever!

Banana Banana Bread
I have made this bread several times now and everytime people gobble it up and beg for more! I bake it just like it says and it is great every time. It is so dense and yummy that once you try this receipe you will never use another.
