This recipe is a staple in our house, we love it! It is incredibly easy to make, yet the taste doesn't suffer because of that. This is our go to recipe when we don't feel like putting a lot of work into dinner, but still want something very satisfying. We use beef hot dogs for this, add more Parmesan cheese than the recipe calls for, and have found that browning the hot dogs a good bit adds a little extra flavor. Oh my goodness, this was so delicious!!! This will definitely be something I make again, and again. I did follow a few suggestions of the other reviewers. First, I added 1/2 a cup of milk so the leftovers would not be dry. Secondly, I cut the bread crumbs down to 1/2 of a cup. The next time I will increase the bread crumbs to 3/4 of a cup. 1 cup would have been a bit much, but 1/2 of a cup was definitely too sparse. Thank you for such an amazing recipe!

These are quite good! I really liked the added flavor the beer and honey gave them. Serve with white rice, yummy!
