Breakfast Pizza

I thought this pizza was great! I typically don't like breakfast "casseroles" because there are too many eggs and it takes forever to cook - 3 eggs is the perfect amount to keep everything together! I used saus. bacon, onions and green peppers - there wasn't a bite left! Also I used a 13x9 and when unrolled the cresent rolls fit perfectly in my pan! Excellent recipe, thank you for sharing!

Taco Turkey Wraps

I made this today for cooking club and thought it was okay - not great. I think I may not have used enough of the sour cream mixture though as I had about 1/2 left. Maybe it would've been better if I spread the sour cream thicker!

Restaurant-Style Potato Salad

I have tried this recipe twice and like the sweetness it has. I think 1/2teas. of carrots is pointless so I've added more both times. Good recipe, not the best but worth keeping.

Three Cheese Manicotti II

Thank you for the tips reviewers! I used both tips of stuffing the uncooked shell and putting the stuffing in a ziplock for ease and it worked beautifully! Easiest manicotti I've ever made! We add Italian sausage to ours and it's wonderful- thanks for the recipe!

Slow Cooker Ham

Sooo good and sooo easy!!! I followed the recipe exactly and it was so moist and tender! Resist the urge to add liquid - I did not and my crock pot was almost full with the juices from the ham!

Quick Salmon Deviled Eggs

Although I was put off by the name (I don't like salmon) my husband was intrigued! I made them for Easter dinner and my husband, mother, and mother-in-law thought they were great! My hubby said he would give it 5 stars - very creamy with just a light taste of salmon, more of a cream cheese taste (so don't be afraid to try them!)

Mexican Pizza

My very hard to please mother asked if there were any leftovers! It was so quick and easy and tasted great! I did add the taco seasoning to the sour cream mixture. The only thing is I didn't know if I was supposed to use both cans of cresent rolls in one batch. I ended up making each can into a pizza. Each one gave me 12 pieces. (and I had plenty of toppings to do 2 pizzas)

Tortellini Soup I

5 stars all the way! I bought the ingredients last night to prepare for cooking club at my house today and my husband couldn't wait! I had to make it last night for dinner and he said "This is the best soup I've ever had" All of the moms at cooking club today loved it and so did the kids! I used turkey saus. and changed the bell pepper to red and it was great! A new household favorite!

Fruit Dip

Chocolate Chip Toffee Bars

OMG be warned, these are delicious! They didn't last long! My husband agreed that they needed more toffee- next time I will use more toffee and a little less chocolate chips.

Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookie Logs

I have never made shortbread cookies so I read the reviews prior to making them. I decided to make them into balls and flatten them. Then I dipped the cookies in milk chocolate and sprinkled with crushed candy cane! I also did some dipped in milk chocolate and drizzled with white chocolate! What a great cookie to look at! I thought they were yummy but also couldn't get more than 2 dozen from the recipe.

Jammin' Tarheel Chili

This recipe was an immediate hit! I was afraid of the beer flavor being strong as I hate beer but I didn't even taste a hint of it! Easy to make, feeds a big family with leftovers and little changes (I only omitted the celery!)

Turkey Ranch Wraps

This dish is easy to prepare and I had all of the ingredients on hand! I had unexpected company and left over turkey and we had a great and easy meal! I used red pepper instead of green- even the kids ate it up!
