I have been making this since last year when I found it. I give it 5 stars because it gets wonderful reviews from my guests! There are never any left overs...so tonight when I make it I am making a big pot of it! I like all of the suggestions, I have never had any issues with it; but like the idea of more red pepper and different cheeses. Really really good!
