Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
My girls bought home a pumkin from the pumkin farm, and my thought was to throw it away. They had others ideas for their pumkin, and throwing it away was not one of them. I decided to look for a good pumkin bread recipe. I had a couple in mind, but this one won. I am so glad I chose this one, my family and friends liked it alot. I liked it so well that I made it 4 times in 2 weeks, I gave some as gifts in mini loaf pans. This is a keeper and winner. I have not made it with can pumkin puree, but from the reviews, it should take just as good. This bread has no limit of what can be done with it. My motto is " if it is not broke don't fix it" This recipe is not broke..:-)
