I am a mom of 3 who works full-time in a busy call center, but i still manage to find time to cook a little something everyday. cakes, roasts, gourmet vegetables, puddings, anything I think might be good since I create and test my own recipe ideas. Every Thanksgiving I bake the turkey and my dad bakes the ham and on Christmas we switch roles. Learning to make biscuits thanks to "southern biscuit" biscuit mix. I used to burn boiling water before I decided to "slow down" and learn not to get in a hurry when I cook, now my meals are worth the wait.
