A good tasting soup... I modified the recipe a little. I left out the cabbage & basil & I didn't have canned tomatoes so I food processed some cherry tomatoes & added some left over tomato sauce. I grated some Locatelli cheese to sprinkle on top when serving. Next time I might try adding white canellini beans.
