My favorite things to cook
I love cooking spanish food because well I'm latina (puerto rican) so Spanish food is a Must in my family. Now my new favorite thing to cook is desserts. I started doing desserts since Thanksgiving and I'm in love with them.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Is cooking "Pernil" Pork for Christmas. And Making Pasteles "a mix of yams, potatoe, pumpking and meat mixture" when I get the chance I'll put the recipe up.
My cooking triumphs
is to learn how to make desserts without the needs of recipes. TO perfection my Crust skills for pies.
My cooking tragedies
I try making banana cream pie, it came out to watery and its too sweet making it hard for anyone to eat!

Best Ever Pie Crust
I personally think that this pie crust needs more water..when i do it with 1/2 cup of water its too dry making it almost imposible to mix, so i add a bit more of water until the consistency is just about right.
