Kellogg's® Chocolate Scotcheroos

This is a great easy recipe!! I omitted the butterscotch just cuz my family doesn't eat it. You can also make this recipe and use 6 cups cornflakes and drop by spoon onto foil and omit the topping and they are just as great been making those for years now!!

Super Duper Easy Apple Cake

Super Easy and wonderful!! I did use applesauce instead of the oil turned out great. No need for icing good without any!

Nana's Squash Casserole

This was really good!! I added extra cheese and used a bit more squash left out the sage and celery used half the sugar and it was awesome. Will be making this over and over again!!

Watergate Cake IV

Wonderful Cake!! just happened across this recipe looking for something to do with a white cake mix. I did decrease oil to 1/2 cup and used only 2 eggs I also added a can of light fruit coctail drained to the mix and some flaked coconut. I added pineapple and crushed walnuts to topping. I also used sugar free pudding and cool whip and diet soda still turned out great!! Will be keeping this recipe!!

Bacon Roasted Chicken

chicken turned out to dry for my liking and I didn't like having to baste every 15 minutes to time consuming for me. Will stick with my normal baked chicken next time.

Old Fashioned Potato Salad

This was my first attempt at Potato salad and I got great compliments from the family!! I did change a few things, I skipped the celery and celery salt, used 3/4 cup relish, 1 cup mayo because its seemed dry to me, used regular salt instead of garlic salt too. I will use this again...thanks!

Country-Style Grilled Ribs

Loved this recipe, very tender ribs with great taste!! I did add the water and garlic to the ribs when baking also I doubled the brown sugar, used apple juice instead of the cidar vinegar but I like sweet sauce on pork also skipped the hot sauce. Will fix this again!!

Vanilla Ice Cream III

I made this at work and it was sooo good!! I did use a pint of fat free half and half instead of evaporated milk and only used half cup sugar. I also used skim milk and fat free condensed milk and it was so creamy and good everyone loved it. Will be making this again and again!! thanks!!

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

I made this for my family and everyone loved it. Very good flavor my mom asked for the recipe before she left. Easy to make I did use flour tortilas instead of corn. Will be making this again. I have even used this recipe with ground chuck instead of chicken and it was wonderful!!!
