I'm recently retired "housewife" after 30 years of working..yaaae???!!! :) Getting the chance to use my cooking skills again, after years of rushing to get dinner on the table for my family. Found this site and have been trying it out on hubby...I have two daughters and two of the sweetest grandbabies!!! A 6 yr old boy and an 18 mo. girl (pictured on my profile). Mmmm...I enjoy trying new recipes...love making anything that hubby might enjoy! If it were up to him, we would have steak and potatoes every night! I don't call my cooking a triumph, but all my friends rave about my cooking..To me, my cooking is okay...but hey, if they like it...Great!!! :D First turkey I ever cooked...left that little package with all the extras inside....yeah, even in the paper bag they came in. I was only 19 years old and cooking my first Thanksgiving dinner.... :)
