I am a mother of two girls, 2 1/2 and 9 months, and a wife. In my "spare time, I am an ICU nurse. I LOVE to cook all kinds of things. I LOVE to make things in the crock pot, and stew is my ne favorite, along with stir fry anything!!I really like main dishes, and have been starting to get into sides. I would say the only things I don't enjoy a whole lot are desserts, although my daughter and I have been having a ball with easy holiday treats... My Mom has an old recipie for french bread that my Pop pop used to make, and she has his old pans too. She also has taught me to make Her mother's Irish Soda Bread. My best friend of 30yrs and I have been cooking together since we were 12yrs old, and we have solved the worlds problems over many dishes. Our food is ALWAYS better when we are together. There are many, but mostly they become funny after about a day...
