According to my kids (5), I am older than dirt. But I am young at heart! I have 4 boys, 1 daughter, 2 daughters-in-law, and 1 brand-new (7/2008)granddaughter. I love to sew, read (mysteries are a favorite..), bake, and be with my family. Love to make homemade breads, rolls, and sweet rolls. Enjoy cooking oriental, the standards (spaghetti, lasagne, mexican rice, fun cookies (and what cookies aren't fun?), just about anything. We love to cook and eat here! (all my boys love to bake, and they cook well, too!) Christmas: divinity, peppermint bark. Favorite cookies: Eskimo cookies, brownies, choc. chip (of course..), Oatmeal raisin, peanut butter, choc. crackles, snickerdoodles, etc. We always make homemade strawberry freezer jam every year. Always a full-blown Thanksgiving and Christmas: turkey, ham, dressing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, dixie salad (a family tradition), homemade rolls, homemade jam, with pies for dessert. My first full-blown Thanksgiving dinner
