Banana Cake VI

If there were 10 stars, I still would have rated this an 11! Could be one of the best cakes I have ever had. Still insanely moist after 4 days! Company raved - thank you for the awesome recipe.

Creamy Shrimp Scampi

This is delicious! I orefer a thicker sauce, so I reduced the wine and broth even more before adding the cream. Got rave reviews - thanks for the great recipe!

This is an outstanding quiche and I always have request for more. The only thing that I modify is to use a deep dish 9 inch pie pan - it makes a lot, so it tends to run over the sides in a regular one. I increase the baking time by about 6 minutes. Thanks for a keeper!

Maple Salmon

I have made this many times and my fish-leery family devours it. What a great way to get them to eat something healthy that is also delicious! Leftovers also make a great salmon salad the next day. Thanks for a great recipe!

Yummy Artichoke Dip

This has become the most requested appetizer at my parties. I changed a couple of things: I use the whole can of artichokes and instead of green chilis, add 1 whole diced red pepper. It is fantastic and the cream cheese makes it thick and not greasy like traditional artichoke dip.
