I like to try new, delicious-sounding baking recipes, and I love to adapt traditional recipes in different and healthy ways. Cupcakes. I will absolutely try to turn any dessert into a cupcake! And I love to experiment with salsas, guacs, and dips. Sunday night barbecue!!! And my dad's fried turkey at Thanksgiving. How can you go wrong with that? "Inventing" my own green chili mac 'n' cheese recipe after I got married and had to think of a dish to bring to family Thanksgiving. It's awesome and if you're lucky I'll share it with you! :-) The dreaded collapsed strawberry volcano cake of 2008. It looked 1000 times worse than the cake in my picture, actually like a volcano with a big giant crater in the middle. Tasted delicious though so, meh, not the worst thing ever!
