This is an EXCELLENT chocolate cake recipe. It's not overly sweet and it's moist and flavorful. I like the idea of no eggs! :0) I complimented it with a dark chocolate frosting which really gave it extra good flavor.

This was DELICIOUS! I was curious as to how the mayonaise would make it taste, but you cannot taste it. I didn't precook my cabbage, I chopped it up and instead of putting everything on top, I layered it in between the cabbage. Instead of mixing the milk in, I poured condensed milk in around the cabbage before baking it and it still turned out great. I used bread crumbs mixed with butter which was wonderful as well! thank you for sharing this recipe! It's one of the best cabbage recipes I've had in a very long time.
