Carrot Cake III
This cake was delicious! I didn't have any plain pecans, so I added candied pecans my mother in law had given us from her trees down in Texas - they were a delicious addition! Also, I did not have enough powdered sugar by a long shot, so I added some whipped vanilla frosting (storebought) to the cream cheese and it was very light and fluffy - Yum! We loved this cake.
