I am a proud mother of two beautiful children.My husband,children and I have just moved into a new home and we have a new pet. He is a little dog named oreo. You could say that food affects all parts of my life because I also work in a commercial kitchen. I love to bake with chocolate.Any rich desserts.I also love to try new recipes. During the holidays my family goes all out for the meals we share. In recent years we have divided the courses among the ladies to make it more workable.We love all the traditional items like pumpkin pie,roast turkey,yams, etc. Any time we are invited to an event where it is expected that you bring a dish,people always enjoy my offering and ask for the recipe. Early on in my love of cooking I would have to try some recipes more than a few times.This is because I tried to cook without measuring.
