Coconut Pecan Frosting II

Excellent! So much better than the can stuff! I followed a previous reviewer's tip and brought it to a "smacking" boil and let it boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. It thickened right up and turned out perfectly.

Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes with Ham

Excellent! I substituted evaporated milk for the water. Instead of using the crockpot, I layered everything in a casserole dish. Covered it with foil and baked it in the oven at 350 for 1 hour. It was great and my whole family loved it. I will be making it again.

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

I made this for my family when they were in town for Thanksgiving. The only change I made was that I made a package of the gravy according to the directions on it and added that to the pan of wine/gravy. It was perfect and I was glad I did that as the wine would have been overpowering otherwise. Everyone loved it and my mom took several copies of the recipe.

Awesome beef jerky! I bought a food dehydrator and couldn't wait to make some beef jerky. I choose this recipe and I am so glad I did. My 3 year old son loved it as well! I will be making it again and again!

Sour Cream and Chive Rolls

Very good rolls. None of my grocery stores had fresh chives so I substituted dried ones. I think it would have been much better with the fresh as it didn't have much of the chive flavor.

Awesome! However I followed some of the recommendations by other reviews and reduced the amount of milk and added more lemon juice. I think next time I make it I will follow the recipe exactly.
