My favorite things to cook
Casseroles are becoming my dinner go-to's. I'm a baker more than a cook, but I'm getting braver as far as trying new foods. Maybe soon I'll learn to cook a meat other than chicken.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mom's baking is to die for. If it can be baked, she does it extraordinarily. Holidays, family members flock to her place to get fat and happy.
My cooking triumphs
I made Chicken Katsu and curry last week, and it was pretty fab.
My cooking tragedies
I can't scramble eggs. Don't ask me how it happens, but they don't turn out for me. Ever. Scrambled eggs and I are just not friends.
