Sour Cream Pork Chops
This was totally good as is! Why change everything? The ONLY thing I did differently was I didn't add much onion (boyfriend is funny about onion) and compensated with some minced garlic. Otherwise, the chops and sauce turned out GREAT and totally melted in my mouth. I'll make this one again and again!

Broccoli, Rice, Cheese, and Chicken Casserole
Thanks for a recipe that was easy to cut in half! (It was for just my boyfriend and myself.) It was a good basic recipe, but judging by the ingredients and the reviews, it sounded like it would be a little bland for our tastes. I added 1/2 tsp of chicken bouillon granules (remember, for half the recipe), some minced garlic, paprika, and a LITTLE cayenne pepper. I also used onion powder instead of onions - bf isn't a fan. I used shredded cheese and mixed half in the rice and put half on top as well as some parmesan, put the chicken (used breast strips) on top, and covered it with bread crumbs. BF said it was "awesome" and "warm and comforting." I had to agree!

Home Style Macaroni and Cheese
I didn't add the mustard - I was craving regular, comforting mac and cheese and I was a little scared of the mustard. Maybe I will next time. Without it, it was still great. Also, with all the sour cream vs. cream cheese comments, I can't believe nobody's mentioned 4 oz of cream cheese and 4 oz of sour cream. That's what I used and it was perfect!
