Sweet and Crunchy Salad
Very good, light and refreshing! I used the oriental noodles and it tasted great. I don't think I'd soak them next time because I think I'd like the crunch factor, but it's still good. Also, I used half the amount of Ramen noodles in order to cut down on fat & calories, and didn't miss the other package at all!

Chicken Cordon Bleu I
This recipe was easy and very good. I do agree that the breadcrumbs could use some butter, and the reviewers who posted the sauce recipe are definitely onto something (wish I'd read about it before I made it!). Overall though, it was a hit and I'll definitely make it again.

Sour Cream Broccoli Casserole
I didn't care for this recipe. If you're the type of person who loves broccoli cheese soup, you'll love this. It's just not my thing.
