BAKED GOODS,ALL SOUPS, SAUCES,: LOVE FRENCH BREAD, AMISH WHITE, PIZZA. CAKES, PIES..... FISH IN PUFF PASTRY WITH A NICE WHITE HERB SAUCE. I MAKE A KILLER NEW ENGLAND CLAM CHOWDER. LYONAISE FRENCH ONION SOUP. POACHED EGGS ANY STYLE.

MY GRANDMOTHERS HOLIDAY COOKING. I ALWAYS STRIVE TO MIMIC HER ANTIPASTO, RIB ROAST,AND SCRAMBLED EGGS. VERY HOT OIL WAS HER SECRET WEAPON FOR VERY TASTY EGGS. I LIKE TO MAKE SEAFOOD SAUCE BASE SAUTE USING LOBSTER,SHRIMP,CRAB, SHELLS SAUTE IN CLARIFIED BUTTER FOR A BIT, DEGLAZE WITH A MATEUS WINE OR CONGAC, FINISH WITH HEAVY CREAM, STRAIN THRU CHEESE CLOTH AND VOILA!!!! A VERY NICE SEAFOOD SAUCE FOR PASTA, OR UR MEATS....

MY COOKING TRIUMPHS ARE MODEST. AS LONG AS I CAN LEARN NEW WAYS, MAKE NEW FRIENDS IN THE FOOD WORLD, ALWAYS USE THE BEST FOOD PRODUCTS, BE HAPPY WITH WHAT I AM DOING, THEN IT WILL ALWAYS BE A TRIUMPHANT EXPERIENCE. CIAO.
