Rosemary Mashed Potatoes and Yams with Garlic and Parmesan
We loved this! I made it as written and it was delicious plus you get the added vitamin value of the sweet potatoes that you don't get in regular mashed. Awesome!

Waffles II
Hm so I am torn b/c I assume since everyone likes this recipe I have done it wrong. My batter was quite thin. The waffles cooked up very spongey and fluffy and had an odd aftertaste. This is the second time I have used the iron so it could be that...These just seemed so spongey and eggy. If anyone knows what could have caused that....
