This dish was absolutely to die for! My husband loved it and so did I! I didnt change a thing!! What a wonderful change from boring steamed veggies! I'm always looking for new side dishes and this I will make again for sure! LOVED that it had some potatoes in it too!!

Honey Roasted Red Potatoes

These were simply AWESOME!!! I did make sure to NOT layer the potatoes! I used about 6 medium red potatoes and the time to cook them was perfect! I did ad more honey and all the other stuff than called for to make sure it was enough! The flavor is outstanding!

Grilled Gyro Burgers

I thought this was great except you have to really smother the burgers completely b/c the burgers themselves really have no flavor even with the mix added to it. But the cucumber sauce was delicious and will make again but spice up the burgers more! The burgers were moist and wanted to fall apart on the grill but it wasn't too bad like other reviewers stated. I gave 5 stars b/c it was different, easy and still very flavorful!

Crab-Stuffed Filet Mignon with Whiskey Peppercorn Sauce

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT!!!! My husband made this for me for Valentine's Day dinner at home and it was the BEST steak I've ever had! Melted in my mouth, better than any steak house! Whoever down rated this recipe b/c of preparation, should be ashamed!

Chipotle Sweet Potatoes

I followed the instructions of the original poster and used a T of butter only and did NOT add any cream. This was delicious and SO EASY! If you dont like spice then cut the pepper ingrediants by half or up the amount of potatos you use. We LOVE spice so we thought it was GREAT! Awesome way to pep up sweet potatoes!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

This is the best meatloaf EVER! I too, mixed the ketchup and brown sugar together and put in bottom of pan as well as glazed over loaf!

Tiramisu Layer Cake

I'd rather have this cake than regular tiramisu anyway! SO delicious and the presentation is beautiful! I add more liquid as calls for when you pour into the holes on cake! My husband wanted a stronger coffee flavor! Its always a hit!
