Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
This is in our dinner rotation! I usually cant find dry italian style dressing mix so i use onion or mushroom & onion. You can add or spice it up in alot of ways or make it just as is. I usually serve it over rice from the rice cooker making it a very easy meal. GREAT comfort food!

Brussels Sprouts Stir Fry
This dish was absolutely to die for! My husband loved it and so did I! I didnt change a thing!! What a wonderful change from boring steamed veggies! I'm always looking for new side dishes and this I will make again for sure! LOVED that it had some potatoes in it too!!

Honey Roasted Red Potatoes
These were simply AWESOME!!! I did make sure to NOT layer the potatoes! I used about 6 medium red potatoes and the time to cook them was perfect! I did ad more honey and all the other stuff than called for to make sure it was enough! The flavor is outstanding!
