This was just-ok for me, I made it exactly as the recipe called. I agree with a previous rating that suggested needing some dark meat in the recipe, as the chicken breast cooked very dry and was pretty bland. With some modifications, this sandwich has some potential!

Very good basic sloppy joe recipe! Like previous reader, I added a mixture of BBQ sauce and ketchup. Will never buy canned sauce again

This was pretty good with some modifications. I added onion and mushroom like a previous reviewer suggested. I omitted the red pepper flakes and the olive oil (seemed like a lot of oil, I sauteed in the drippings). Added a splash of milk along with the cheese. I was worried that there wasn't really a 'sauce' but the cheese and milk-splash turned out to be enough.
