Apple Crumb Pie
Excellent, easy pie. I used granny smith apples and cut the sugar from 3/4 c to 1/2 c. The pie looked very juicy when I took it out of the oven, but it was perfect after sitting for 30 minutes. I served this with vanilla ice cream. I will most definitely make this again!

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
These cookies call for way too much salt! I was not very impressed. I left out the nuts and used dark chocolate chips. Honestly, I would not use this recipe again.

Triple Berry Crisp
This recipe turned out nicely. I used fresh raspberries and blueberries and served it with vanilla ice cream. I used 1 cup of butter and found it to be sufficient. In the future, I will melt the butter in the microwave instead of softening it. Also, I will either add more fruit or reduce the bottom/top oat mixture.
