Varied interests but getting more into cooking and looking for food to raise my energy level. A complete dinner for family from beginning to end. My family loves my rolls, especially when they are first out of the oven. It isn't unusual for us to eat half the batch lightly buttered immediately. Lately, I've been trying new recipes mostly from here. I don't follow the recipes exactly in trying to use what I have on hand, but they have turned out great. The first year I cooked my own turkey, I did not know it came frozen. My husband went shopping with me. He loaded it to the cart and put it in the refrigerator at home. I didn't touch it until the next day and of course it was still frozen. Thanksgiving dinner was very late.
