Excellent! If you can't find fresh rhubarb, consider looking in the freezer section. I used fresh-frozen rhubarb & the sauce was as good as fresh!

Light and Fluffy Spinach Quiche

This recipe was delicious & easy! I used fresh spin & sauted it in butter with red onion. For the cheese I used a combination of mozzarella, parmesan & asiago. I think sauteing mushrooms with the spin & onion would be a good addition. Everyone in our group LOVED it!
