Chicken Tikka Masala
The taste would be great, but WAY TOO MUCH salt!! and a little too spicy for our taste. But easy to make and with those changes it will be delicious.

Baked Trout Fillets
RIDONKULOUS! It was the best way I've ever trout! I did take the advice about the sour cream and only used half and it turned out GREAT! YUMMMM
