hi thanx for reading about me. I have been married for 31 yrs. Have 9 children lol yes 9. Out of necessity I cooked mainly casseroles for most of my married life. I am now learning to cook other things. I like to cook with chicken breasts and seafood. Some hamburger and other beef. I love desserts. Need to limit them though, to watch my weight. We cook the usual traditional meals. One thing we do make is after we visit the zoo lights on Christmas Eve, is fried flour tortillas with honey and cinnamon sugar. My kids love these and they have become a tradition. I am not a good enough cook to have any triumps yet to be honest. I always felt it was a triumps just to feed the family on our food budget lol. The family still laughs at my canned salmon and mashed potato patties. Not even the dog would eat it.
