OMG this was awesome. I changed it up a bit but this is a good base recipe. I have a big family so I got 2lbs of chuck steak and cut it up. Added more garlic and soy sauce than the recipe called for. I also added a bag of frozen chinese vegatables. Very good and will make it many many more times.

Bacon Wrapped Chicken

This meal seems like it has good potential but by following the recipe I found it to be vary bland. The only alteration I did was to put a bit of chopped red pepper in it but it wasn't enough. I think I will try it again but I will try to spice it up a bit.

Beef and Roasted Red Pepper Sandwiches

Oh these were so good and so easy to make. Great idea for one of those nights where you don't have alot of time to fix a big meal even if you want a big impact. I will absolutly make this again.

Italian Style Meatloaf I

I had high hope from this recipe especially after reading the reviews but I was sadly disappointed. The whole thing was pure mush. The flavor was good but I couldn't even eat it because of the mush texture.

Lebanese Chicken and Potatoes

This was pretty good. I do believe that the next time I make it I will do it a bit different. Instead of using a cut up chicken I will use b/s chicken breast. I also believe that I will let it marinate in the sauce a bit before I cook it. It has a great flavor but it is not fair that only the skin really has any flavor.

Peppercorn-Seasoned Steaks with Mustard-Wine Sauce

I thought this recipe was pretty good. My family gave me great reviews on it. I rated it a four because I thought it should of had more flavor to it. It was a bit bland. All-in-all it was good but next time I think I will try to add something to it to get more flavor.

These were better than I thought they would be. My boyfriend picked out this recipe and to be honest I didn't have high hopes for it at all. I was really surprised that it turned out as well as it did and I will sure to make this simple budget easy recipe again. Thanks

White Zinfandel Chicken

This is the best chicken recipe ever. The chicken turns out very moist and full of flavor. I would highly highly recommend this recipe to anyone. I fixed it just as the recipe suggests but I did take the advice of other reviewers and add some White Zinfandel to the marinade.

Beef Cabbage Hash

All-n-All this recipe is pretty good. I made it tonight and had my family rate it. We came up with the average of 4. I did add a few things like diced tomatos, worcestshire sauce, onion powder, thyme, & beef broth. I had to add 2 cups of water too. I think this would be a geat recipe for a crock pot or at the least cook the potatos a little before you add them with the rest of the ingredients. Last but not least this is great served with a side of corn.
