Tzatziki Sauce

Good recipe, this is a keeper. Changes: I used 1 cucumber, and 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tsp. dried dill, and chopped it all by hand. Good stuff!

Caramel Apple Dip

I like to bring this dip to parties and pair it up with green grapes, green apples, and animal crackers. Everybody loves it!

I enjoyed this salad, and found myself going back for more. I used about a 1/3 cup finely chopped kalamata olives because I not really an olive fan, but I didn't mind this amount at all. Dash of pepper was good too. I plan to make this again!

Easy Bake Fish

Very tasty! I used a mustard that had horseradish in it and the fish still tasted super. We use this again!

Creamy Caramel Flan

I just made this flan for a Mexican themed party and it turned out great! I had never made flan before so I was very relieved that this turned out so well. I used scalded whole milk instead of evaporated. I also used 3 yolks, and 3 whole eggs. Everyone liked it, even people who said they didn't like flan.

Quick Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip

I made this for a Christmas party I went to, and everyone loved it! This is my second attempt at making a spinach artichoke dip I liked--I'm sticking with this one!
