This was great! My husband, who doesn't normally care for soup, ate it cold for lunch!! I used rice as the starch instead of potatoes because I didn't have any, and that was just fine.

I haven't made meatloaf in years because my husband and I hate it, but my son asked for it. I followed the recipe exactly, and we thought it was very good. I think the onion soup mix mellows out the onion taste, and the steak sauce is a nice touch for extra flavor. Thank you!
