My way of relaxing is reading recipes and cooking. I buy new cookbooks and read them cover to cover. I also love spending time with my family and fiance. My favorite tv channel is the Food Network and my favorite cooks are Bobby Flay and Guy Fieri. I am going to be moving to San Antonio, TX soon and can't wait. I love cooking basically anything. I will try any type of recipe. I love cooking American food. I learn alot from watching the food network and get alot of my ideas from Diner's, drive-ins, and dives. Christmas eve we cook seven different fish (italian tradition) and we have the whole family over. The uncles handle fish while my aunts and us girls handle the piergoies, macncheese, etc. A cooking triumph for me is if I have tried a hard recipe and it turned out good. I love cooking challenges! I am absolutely horrible at making eggs benedict. The hollandause sauce gets me everytime! Please help!
