This is great, everyone requests it for Thanksgiving, I only cut back on the sugar, otherwise the recipe is flawless. Will make it over and over again.

This is fantastic, everyone loved it. The only thing I did differently was to use the broccoli steamers, b/c it cuts down dishes and cook time and tastes great, and I used velvetta cheese, also, I crushed ritz crackers and mixed with melted butter and used as a topping. Wonderful!

This was really great! I was a little worried when I mixed the cottage cheese and the sour cream because it didn't look so great, but they were delicious, a great success. The only thing that I changed was that I cooked the chicken in the crock pot in chicken broth, because it seems more tender, and I used salsa instead of enchilada sauce (personal preference). Will definately make these again.
