Golden Peach Pork Chops
OK, so I had to mess with the recipe :) Skipped the tomato sauce, used country style ribs and fresh peach quarters, added some garlic powder and thin sliced onion, and gave it 3 1/2 hrs in a 350 oven. Really delightful.

Tartar Sauce I
Quite good. For a nice variation, add some dill and a splash of Frank's hot sauce to taste.

Glazed Pork Chops
With apologies to Campbell's, lacking a can of French Onion soup, I used left-over beef gravy from the Christmas roast, sauteed some sliced onion (and diced mushroom bits) in first the oil and then the added brown suger, and let the chops simmer in the mixture until tender. If handy, a splash of red wine would be nice. Tasty dish, and one I will make again.
