This is our dinner now, its absolutely creamy delicious!!! hubby gave me a winner kiss! heheh he likes it very much.. thanks for sharing :) Since I dont have nutmeg and sour cream, I skip them. I instead use onion green leaves on top before serving and made 1 1/2 cup milk and dont have broth so I dissolved 2 chicken cubes in 1 1/2 cup hot water. It all went perfect!...will make it again.

Easy Egg Drop Soup

I gave this 5 stars! me and hubby just finished eating this recipe for dinner few mins ago with toasted bread.. its superb! im surprised with its simplicity but delicious taste... I followed the ingre. just added some cube carrots and parsley on top. Thanks for sharing

Curried Coconut Chicken

I made this for dinner today I followed the recipe and added some pineapple chunks, it taste fine aside from the curry powder I dont know, I found it so rough to eat, maybe my powder is not a good brand or something. and hubby said its sweet maybe because of 3tbsp of sugar and pineapple chunks is too much.

Its absolutely great! my hubby requested this every week.. its new found favorite.. its very easy and colorful salad.. I added onion leaves and parsley and some green bell peppers to add beautiful color.. thanks for posting.. I give this 5 stars!

Crazy Crust Pizza Dough

Its a hit. my hubby eat all lol. I added oyster sauce on top and while boiling the steams I put a little portion of chicken cubes to the water to add flavor. Its so delicious! simple.

Traditional Mashed Potatoes

We all love it.. its a hit! I will do it again. I make something to add for topping - I mix 1/8 cup milk, 1/8 cup chicken broth, 1/4 slice of chicken cubes ( little portion of the cube),pinch of pepper and few drops of soy sauce stir until the sauce thick. it turned out smells good and yummy. try it :)

Mustard Onion Pork Chops

This awesome recipe. very simple and tasty. I baked it for 20 mins but still its wet,I extended till 1 hr and the meat turned out so tender and it smells so good. My neighbor asked "whats cooking?" lol

Shredded Carrot Salad

Its fast and easy. I substitute all purpose cream to whipped cream then I added salt and pepper to taste and double up the volume of raisins. Its great!

'Out of Salad Dressing' Salad Dressing

I made this dressing this morning for my hubby and after lunch he called me saying his office mates asked him to make it again. my hubby likes it very much. I made changes to the original given ingredients - I doubled the volume of parmesan and milk, I dont have garlic salt to what I used 1 glove of fresh garlic and mashed it then I added pinch of salt and pepper to taste. then I added sliced boiled on and left over pork chops sliced it and make it as topping then im not satisfied yet I slice few leaves of green onion and it came out fantastic!!! I will make this again. thanks for posting. I attached the photo too for you to see :)

Stuffed Pork Chops I

I rate 5 for this recipe, why? because I find it awesome! I added more fresh mushroom heads and baked it for 1 hour and a half in 200 degrees. It turned out so delicious, the meat so juicy and tender to slice. me and my hubby love it very much not to mention the smell hhmmmm perfect!
