Chicken Fried Chicken
i like to dip my chicken in flour first, then egg mixture, then the cracker mixture. its holds together much better. I also bake all my chicken and it turns out wonderful. just spray the coated chicken with cooking spray or drizzle with butter. great recipe ty.

Coconut Raspberry Blossoms
these flattened on me terribly. i hoped they would be more like the cookies you buy at the store with the jam centers. This tasted more like a cut out sugar cookie with jam that melted all over it. These were very yummy. I loved the taste but didnt like the way they looked.
