I live in Illinois with my husband, our 4 year old son and my 18 year old daughter. I also have a step-daughter that is 17 and a 21 year old son. The last of the bunch is the best eater in the group! I work for a community bank and really enjoy my job. I also love to cook and am glad to have found this site. I love to cook anything but I hate to bake. My mom was a war bride and came over from Germany. She had many German dishes I enjoyed as a child. I wish I would have paid more attention before she passed and learned some of her dishes better because nothing was written down.
