Lentil Soup
This soup is fabulous! I followed the recipe but added about another 1/2 cup of lentils because my family loves them. Very easy to make and freezes well.

Pork Tenderloin with Apples
This is a very simple recipe and my whole family enjoyed it! I did not have Riesling wine, so I substituted with a Sauvignon Blanc. I also cooked the pork while the apples were cooking and it came out delicious! I served with couscous and steamed zucchini. Will definitely make this again!

Buffalo Chicken Dip
I made this for a Super Bowl party and it got rave reviews. I served it in my small crockpot to keep warm. Definitely will make this again!
